  1. Ok thank you for putting this in clear concise wording. You definitely have a gift for that. I think I am doing better but could work on thus more. BUT my husband….he is a very anxious person and everything has to be done now!!! These words are something I can use to help him filter and calm down. And help me think through at the same time
